Not to complain (too much <grin>), but isn't this a bit like restricting
Pentium users to modes available to those with 286's??
Could the default not be set up to employ the AGA standard, with the high
colour option being ghosted on pre-AGA machinery (as was done with
Toaster software post AGA)?
As well, it seems that the Cybergraphics driver for Amiga 24 bit cards
may well provide virtually seamless compatability to those using enhanced
graphics adapters (surely the majority of serious users are?).
